Cancelling a Booking Due to Rude or Abusive Behaviour

At Tam Ink Studio, we are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for both our clients and staff. We do not tolerate any form of rude, abusive, or disrespectful behavior. In the event that a client displays any such behavior, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take further action if necessary.
1. Unacceptable Behavior:
We define rude or abusive behavior as any form of verbal abuse, threats, harassment, discrimination, or any other actions that create a hostile or uncomfortable environment for our staff or other clients. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Use of offensive language or gestures
• Threatening, intimidating, or aggressive actions
• Harassment or personal attacks
• Disrespectful comments about our services or staff
2. Right to Cancel Booking:
If a client engages in rude or abusive behavior before, during, or after an appointment, Tam Ink Studio reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking. The client will be asked to leave the premises, and any further appointments will be considered at the discretion of the management. The client will forfeit any deposit or payments made for the appointment.
3. Future Appointments:
Clients who engage in rude or abusive behavior may be banned from booking future appointments at Tam Ink Studio. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has exhibited inappropriate behavior in the past.
4. Refunds and Deposits:
In cases where a booking is canceled due to the client’s rude or abusive behavior, any deposits or payments made are non-refundable. This policy is enforced to maintain a safe and respectful environment for our staff and other clients.

5. Reporting and Action:
If you believe you were treated unfairly or have witnessed inappropriate behavior, please report it to Tam Ink Studio management immediately. We take all concerns seriously and will take appropriate action, which may include a warning, a ban from future bookings, or other necessary steps.

Tam Ink Studio reserves the right to amend these terms at any time to ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and staff.

SERVICES
1. Health Requirements:
If there are any blemishes, pimples, active cold sores, irritation of the skin, moles, or other skin imperfections in or around the area of the procedure, Tamika will NOT be able to perform the procedure until the blemish or area of concern has resolved or the mole is removed and healed. This is for your safety and the quality of the service.

2. Deposits:
-New Treatment Deposits: $200
-Repeat Client Treatment Deposits: $100
A deposit is required to secure all bookings. Your booking is not confirmed until you have paid the deposit. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you need to transfer your appointment to another date, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Payment of Deposit:
After contacting you, the deposit will be charged to the card on file. If we are unable to contact you, your appointment will be canceled.

RESCHEDULING/LATE POLICY
1. Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you might need to reschedule your appointment. To avoid losing your deposit, a minimum 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling. If you do not provide adequate notice, your deposit will become non-refundable.
2. Late Arrivals:
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced appointment time or cancellation, with the deposit forfeited.

NO SHOW POLICY

Any client who does not show for a scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit. In addition, the client will be required to pay for future appointments in full before being rescheduled.
