Cancelling a Booking Due to Rude or Abusive Behaviour
At Tam Ink Studio, we are committed to providing a professional and respectful environment for both our clients and staff. We do not tolerate any form of rude, abusive, or disrespectful behavior. In the event that a client displays any such behavior, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and take further action if necessary.
1. Unacceptable Behavior:
We define rude or abusive behavior as any form of verbal abuse, threats, harassment, discrimination, or any other actions that create a hostile or uncomfortable environment for our staff or other clients. This includes, but is not limited to:
• Use of offensive language or gestures
• Threatening, intimidating, or aggressive actions
• Harassment or personal attacks
• Disrespectful comments about our services or staff
2. Right to Cancel Booking:
If a client engages in rude or abusive behavior before, during, or after an appointment, Tam Ink Studio reserves the right to immediately cancel the booking. The client will be asked to leave the premises, and any further appointments will be considered at the discretion of the management. The client will forfeit any deposit or payments made for the appointment.
3. Future Appointments:
Clients who engage in rude or abusive behavior may be banned from booking future appointments at Tam Ink Studio. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who has exhibited inappropriate behavior in the past.
4. Refunds and Deposits:
In cases where a booking is canceled due to the client’s rude or abusive behavior, any deposits or payments made are non-refundable. This policy is enforced to maintain a safe and respectful environment for our staff and other clients.
